TMC Turnaround Management Consult GmbH, which specialises in restructuring and reorganisation, distressed M&A, interim management and corporate governance, is continuing to expand and is opening an office in Bremen (August-Bebel-Allee 1, 28329 Bremen). TMC partner Jan Behler will head the office.

With Bremen, our company now has seven offices in Germany – Dortmund (head office), Berlin, Bonn, Hamburg, Wuppertal, Düsseldorf and Bremen. Our new presence in the north brings us closer to companies in the North-West metropolitan region whilst also strengthening our long-standing collaboration with dhpg. The focus is on short decision-making processes, consultancy on an equal footing and consistent on-site implementation.

“Bremen and the region are characterised by industry, food production, logistics, trade and a dynamic SME sector. It is precisely in these sectors that our consultancy services are concentrated – from operational restructuring and turnaround strategies to implementation within the company,” says Jan Behler, Partner and Head of the Bremen office.

The Bremen office also offers close proximity between TMC and dhpg, an audit and tax consultancy firm that has been operating successfully in Bremen for many years. TMC and dhpg have been working together as partners for many years and have also been linked as companies since 2021 through a minority stake held by dhpg.
