Dortmund/Düsseldorf, 1 December 2025 – TMC Turnaround Management Consult, which specialises in restructuring, distressed M&A, interim management and corporate governance, is continuing to expand and is opening an office at Königsallee 63–65, 40215 Düsseldorf. Parwis Masomi (Partner) will head the Düsseldorf office; he will also remain head of the Bonn office.

With Düsseldorf, TMC is now represented at six locations in Germany: Dortmund (head office), Berlin, Bonn, Hamburg, Wuppertal and Düsseldorf. The presence in the state capital strengthens the firm’s proximity to medium-sized companies in the Rhineland and Lower Rhine regions – ensuring short distances, quick decisions and advice on an equal footing.
