On 5 January 2021, the management of Enviroserv filed for insolvencyat the district court in Bochum, Germany. By decision of 5 January 2021, the district court of Bochum appointed Nils Meißner of GÖRG Insolvenzverwaltung Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB as preliminary insolvency administrator. By order of 1April 2021, the insolvency proceedings concerning the assets of Enviroserv were opened.
On 28 June 2021, the purchase contract was signed with Hamon Thermal Germany GmbH.
The team of CVM Capital Value Management GmbH around managing partner Kai Peppmeier was mandated by the management of Enviroserv and by the preliminary insolvency administrator Nils Meißner to conduct a structured investor process in consultation with the parties involved. Due to the successful collaboration with GÖRG and the management of Enviroserv, CVM has successfully sold the intellectual property to Hamon Thermal Germany GmbH.
