Founded in 1926, UMETA Hermann Ulrichskötter Metallwarenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG, based in Bielefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of manual lubrication technology. Structured M&A-Process
The management of UMETA Hermann Ulrichskötter Metallwarenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG filed an application for the opening of preliminary insolvency proceedings with the Local Court of Bielefeld in December 2023. The products of UMETA Hermann Ulrichskötter Metallwarenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG thus represent a suitable addition to the product portfolio of WIGGENtech GmbH.
The property and the machine park, which were owned by the holding company UMETA Industrieanlagen GmbH & Co. KG, were also sold to WIGGENtech GmbH as part of the M&A process.
