S+K Services GmbH i. L. was founded in Olpe in 2016 and is a full-service provider for industrial and facility services. The company focuses in particular on facility management and building cleaning. In total, the company employs over 300 people and manages more than 200 properties across Germany. A particular focus is placed on quality, sustainability and occupational health and safety.

The managing partners of S+K Services GmbH i. L. resigned from their positions as managing directors on 24.01.2023 and Prof. Dr. Peter Neu from ATN Rechtsanwälte was appointed liquidator.
The CVM Capital Value Management GmbH team led by Managing Partner Kai Peppmeier was exclusively mandated by the management to carry out a structured M&A process. Thanks to the successful cooperation with all parties involved, CVM was able to successfully sell the company's assets to the WISAG Group and preserve all jobs.
