Arntz Group, founded in 1793, placed, as part of its strategic realignment, its circular saw blade unit at disposal. In future, the group should focus on the production of band saws only. In this context, CVM Capital Value Management GmbH has been mandated by Arntz Group’s executive board to organise a structured transaction process of the company’s circular business unit.
Out of the circular saw blade business site I, located in Schmölln, was sold along with its assets. The site sold is specialised in segmental, HSS (High Speed Steel) and carbide tipped circular saw blades.
