Prokon Wind Energy Finland Oy is based in Vaasa (FI) and a 100% subsidiary of the German Prokon Regenerative Energien eG. The Prokon-Group is primarily involved in planning, financing, realizing and operating wind farms as well as marketing electricity to end consumers.

Subsequent to the sale of the wind farm project "Jeppo", the wind farm project "Haukineva" was sold to EE Primus Oy in April 2016. CVM Capital Value Management GmbH has been mandated by Finnish Prokon Wind Energy Finland Oy to sell the project.
