STRUCTURED SALES PROCESS

In April 2022, the management filed an application with Münster Local Court to open insolvency proceedings in self-administration. In July 2022, the insolvency proceedings were opened and a structured investor process was initiated. During the proceedings, the management was accompanied by the attorney Heinrich Stellmach and supervised by the responsible administrator Stephan Michels.

The management mandated the team of CVM Capital Value Management GmbH around Managing Partner Kai Peppmeier to conduct a structured M&A process. Despite a very tense market situation caused by the Corona pandemic and the Ukraine war, CVM succeeded in selling significant parts of the company and preserving jobs in close cooperation with the parties involved in the process.
