The focus of the Restructuring and Reorganization Consultant certificate course is on out-of-court restructuring.
In the course, Jan Behler also received an introduction to the new stabilization and restructuring framework (StaRUG), the new out-of-court restructuring procedure that came into force on Jan. 1, 2021.
The course included developing restructuring concepts, consistently implementing holistic restructuring and reorganization programs, and minimizing personal risks as a restructuring and reorganization consultant.
